A large-scale multiplayer platform with 10M+ downloads, built around 120+ asset-bundle-driven mini-games. I grew from core developer to Unity Tech Lead here; implementing gameplay systems, networking, and eventually owning the entire asset pipeline, tooling strategy, and team technical standards.

A narrative puzzle game about painting a forgotten world back to life. I built the core architecture, camera systems, movement mechanics, and puzzle logic - the structural layer that lets the story actually land the way it was meant to.
